This detached, - fully refurbished villa with private pool has been furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Situated in the quiet residential area of Sueno Azul, - just 5 min walk from the shops, - bars and restaurants (and 10 min walk from the seafront) of the fairly low key resort of Callao Salvaje, - it is an ideal holiday home for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation within easy reach of all amenities. The private heated swimming pool (7m x 3m, - depth 1m to 1.4m, - with roman steps) is surrounded by a large terrace, - with a further shaded dining terrace offering splendid sea views and spectacular sunsets over the island of La Gomera. Although there are a few steps at the entrance, - the villa and terrace are on one level.
Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other area in Tenerife. The resort is just a 10 minute drive from the busier Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Callao Salvaje has a variety of bars catering to all tastes with plenty of entertainment, - and is also well known for some very good restaurants. There are a handful of local hotels nearby. Taxis and local buses are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach itself is half sand, - half pebble with a jetty that is ideal for fishing, - snorkeling etc. There are several supermarkets and many local shops and banks. Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There are also tennis courts nearby.

Lounge/dining room with British satellite TV with some English channels, - DVD and CD players, - small kitchen with breakfast bar, - full cooker, - fridge/freezer and microwave, - double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite bathroom, - two twin bedrooms and shower/WC with washing machine. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. There is a free safe in the main bedroom.
Pool heating is included from November to April, - but can also be provided at cost of £ - 7 per day in May - Oct.
Cleaning and linen change are provided weekly.
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
